One thing about me is that my phone is always dying. No matter the time of the day I am always running on a maximum of 20% phone battery. It irritates the shit out of my friends, since I always have to ask if there is phone charger around that I could use. That’s beside the point, I like having my phone at low battery percentage it gives me less of a reason to use it, since I am trying to become less attach to it. My screen time has significantly gone down ever since I stopped charging my phone, but maybe a portable charger would help.
